Tsitsernakaberd Memorial complex

Yerevan's Tsitsernakaberd Memorial complex is dedicated to the memory of the 1.5 million Armenians who perished in the first genocide of the 20th century at the hands of the Turkish government. The Cascade is a massive staircase constructed from limestone in Yerevan, Armenia. It connects the downtown Kentron area of Yerevan with the Monument neighborhood. Designed by architects Jim Torosyan, Aslan Mkhitaryan, and Sargis Gurzadyan, the construction of the cascade began in 1971 and was partially finished in 1980.

  • Airport Check-in counters open three hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight and close 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time. Government formalities related to health and security procedures may vary at different airports. It is the passengers’ responsibility to ensure that they comply with these formalities and procedures. Passengers failing to check-in on time will not be accepted for travel and will forfeit their flight and their ticket.
  • It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they have and carry the necessary valid documents, including visas, to meet the immigration requirements of their traveling from the origin to the destination including any stop countries. Passengers must respect the maximum length of stay mentioned on the visa as well as the number of entries. Schengen countries require that the first entry should be done into the country which issues the visa.
  • Rates are subject to availability.
  • Peak season surcharges may apply on some dates.
  • Itinerary is subject to change/swap without any prior notice.
  • The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a roll away.
  • In the case of a single person an additional amount will be charged for a hotel room as rooms are double sharing unless a companion is there.
  • There will not be any refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing.
  • In case of unavailability in the mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
  • Any meals and services unless mentioned in the itinerary are not included.
  • Check In to the hotel is always 1400/1500 hours & Check Out is always 1100/ 1200 hours. Early Check-in and late checkout are subject to availability.
  • It is the responsibility of the Passengers to ensure the Validity of their Passports and Valid Visas for the country of visit (Minimum validity of six months at the time of travel).
  • Visa approval and immigration clearance depend upon government entities and GTA Trips will not be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents. Even if the visas are rejected, cancellation charges /fees shall be payable by the Client. There will be no refund, if the Client, or any member of the party, is unable to travel due to the said reasons.
  • The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, and the threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
  • On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
  • Please note that the air tickets, hotel bookings (2 days), insurance (2 days), boarding pass (24 hours), and guide details (2 days) will be provided prior to the trip only.
  • The trip will be confirmed only when the complete payment is done.
