Almaty city

Kök Bazaar
Kök Bazaar is located in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Since its inauguration in 1875, the market has been an important trading point in Almaty. The market currently sells spices, prepared foods, produce, textile, furniture, and a wide variety of different objects, including antiques.
Ascension Cathedral
The Ascension Cathedral, which is also known as Zenkov Cathedral, is a Russian Orthodox cathedral situated in Panfilov Park in Almaty, Kazakhstan. This cathedral was completed in 1907 and is entirely made out of wood without the use of nails. It stands at a height of 56 meters, and is claimed to be the second tallest wooden church in the world.
Kok Tobe
Kok Tobe is a mountain located in Almaty, which is the largest city in Kazakhstan. At the top of the mountain, you can find Kók Tóbe Park, a popular recreational area. The mountain has a height of 1100 meters above sea level. Kok Tobe is one of the most famous landmarks in the city, and it is a popular destination for visitors and tourists who come to Almaty.

KOLSAY LAKES & CHARYN CANYON TOUR

Kolsay Lakes National Park
Kolsay Lakes National Park is located on the north slope of the Tian Shan Mountains, in southeast Kazakhstan. Often referred to as "Pearls of Tien Shan", the park's main feature is the Kolsay Lakes located between the Raiymbek District and Talgar District of the Almaty Region. Lake Kaindy, a picturesque lake, is also located within the park.
Charyn Canyon National Nature Park
Charyn National Park, officially known as Charyn Canyon National Nature Park, is a national park in Kazakhstan that runs along the Charyn River and includes the Charyn Canyon. The Canyon is famous for its thinly layered red sedimentary rock, which is said to resemble the Grand Canyon in the US. However, it is smaller in size, stretching for only 50 km from end to end.

Airport Procedures
- Airport Check-in counters open three hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight and close 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time. Government formalities related to health and security procedures may vary at different airports. It is the passengers’ responsibility to ensure that they comply with these formalities and procedures. Passengers failing to check-in on time will not be accepted for travel and will forfeit their flight and their ticket.
- It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they have and carry the necessary valid documents, including visas, to meet the immigration requirements of their traveling from the origin to the destination including any stop countries. Passengers must respect the maximum length of stay mentioned on the visa as well as the number of entries. Schengen countries require that the first entry should be done into the country which issues the visa.

- Rates are subject to availability.
- Peak season surcharges may apply on some dates.
- Itinerary is subject to change/swap without any prior notice.
- The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a roll away.
- In the case of a single person an additional amount will be charged for a hotel room as rooms are double sharing unless a companion is there.
- There will not be any refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing.
- In case of unavailability in the mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
- Any meals and services unless mentioned in the itinerary are not included.
- Check In to the hotel is always 1400/1500 hours & Check Out is always 1100/ 1200 hours. Early Check-in and late checkout are subject to availability.
- It is the responsibility of the Passengers to ensure the Validity of their Passports and Valid Visas for the country of visit (Minimum validity of six months at the time of travel).
- Visa approval and immigration clearance depend upon government entities and GTA Trips will not be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents. Even if the visas are rejected, cancellation charges /fees shall be payable by the Client. There will be no refund, if the Client, or any member of the party, is unable to travel due to the said reasons.
- The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, and the threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
- Please note that the air tickets, hotel bookings (2 days), insurance (2 days), boarding pass (24 hours), and guide details (2 days) will be provided prior to the trip only.
- The trip will be confirmed only when the complete payment is done.
